THE SECOND DEADLINE TO SEND THE MEDICAL REPORT IS ABOUT TO END, YOU HAVE 15 DAYS TO SEND THE MEDICAL REPORT!

Remember that the medical report and the electrocardiogram must be submitted completely completed, both documents must be signed and sealed by the doctor.

The last day is Thursday, April 25. Don't leave it until the last minute, because if you send the documentation incorrectly you will be left without a bib number!
