Dear runner,

You will participate in ehunmilak (ehm) or in goierriko2haundiak (g2h). We want to send you some recommendations that help to better manage the race. Please read these recommendations carefully.

In accordance with the Data Protection Law, we have been forced to not publish the list of participants with their race bib number. We know that it can be uncomfortable for participants and family/friends who want to follow your participation on-line, so during the bib race number collection we are going to ask you for EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION to publish your name and race bib number. If you do not sign this authorization, your race bib number will be published in real-time GPS tracking, and your name in the timing website, but without associating both data.
