Remember that, in order to formalise your entry, you must send us a medical certificate signed and stamped by a licenced physician, including their name and licence number (article 7 of the regulations). You can download a model certificate from www.ehunmilak.com.
The medical certificate must be submitted before June, 3rd. Otherwise the inscription will be cancelled and the inscription cost will not be refunded (article 7 of the regulations).
