Festak pasa ondoren abixu garrantzitsu bat helarazi nahi dizuegu: Gogorazten dizuegu edozein lasterketetako izen-ematea baieztatzeko, ezinbestekoa dela mediku-txostena eremu guztiak beteta eta atseden-egoeran egindako elektrokardiograma, biak ere medikuaren zigiluarekin, antolakuntzari helaraztea. Bi dokumentu horiek webgunean ezarritako estekaren bitartez igo edo emailez, doc@ehunmilak.com helbidera bidali beharko dira. Antolakuntzak eskura jarritako mediku-txostenaren eredua bakarrik onartuko da eta bertan dauden eremu guztiak beteta egon behar dute. Lehenengo izen emate epea otsailaren 24ean amaitzen denez, egun hori izango da bi dokumentuak entregatzeko azken epea! Dagokion epean aurkeztu ezean izen-ematea automatikoki baliogabetuko da, eta ez da izen-emate kostuaren diru-itzulketarik egingo!
Tras pasar las fiestas os queremos comunicamos un aviso importante: os recordamos que para poder formalizar la inscripción en cualquiera de las tres carreras, es necesario remitir a la organización el informe médico con todos los campos completados y el electrocardiograma, ambos sellados. Dichos documentos se deberán subir a la web mediante el enlace habilitado o enviarlos por email a la dirección doc@ehunmilak.com.Sólo se admitirá el modelo de informe médico proporcionado por la organización, que se puede descargar en el enlace https://www.ehunmilak.com/es/certificado-medico/.
Al terminar el primer plazo de inscripciones el 24 de febrero, este día será el último para mandar los documentos a la organización! En el caso de que no se entreguen en el plazo estipulado, la inscripción quedará anulada automáticamente y no se devolverá el coste de la misma.
After the holidays we want to remember an important new: we want to remember you, in order to complete the enrolments for any of the three races, the runner must send an official valid medical report with all the fields completed, according to the template provided by the organisation, along with a resting electrocardiogram both of them sealed. Both documents must be send through a link that will be enabled for such purpose on www.ehunmilak.com or by e-mail to doc@ehunmilak.com. Only the report template provided by the organisation will be accepted. It will be available for download at https://www.ehunmilak.com/en/medical-certificate/.
The medical report and the electrocardiogram must be valid for a maximum of one year before the race start date. Both documents must be signed and stamped by a doctor, with their name and license number clearly indicated.
As the first period of enrolments finishes on the 24th of February, this date will be the deadline for submitting these documents to the organisation. If they are not received before the corresponding date, the enrolment will be automatically cancelled, and the registration fees will not be refunded!
